To establish an evironment that does not intimidate a woman but provide her with the tools, knowledge and motivation to meet her health and fitness needs.

Unique Physique is a women's fitness center that includes free weights, cardio equipment, Cybex weight machines, Yoga and Cardio & Weight Training classes. Our staff includes certified group fitness trainers and certified personal trainers.

Our center offers a safe, confortable environment for women of all ages to improve their fitness.

Unique Physique is a great place to acheive your personal fitness goals, whether you are training for a marathon or just trying to lose a few pounds.

Our Ammenities:

Child care is free of charge and offered during scheduled class times. Our trained child care providers: Allie Brooks, Heather Climer, Amanda Hunt, Miranda Hurset, and Brittany Stout.

For your convenience we offer a very clean dressing room with showers that are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body cleanser. Towels and blow dryers are also supplied.
